How booking works

From a request to the road.

  1. You send a request

    This form, an email or a WhatsApp message. Nothing is booked yet and there is nothing to pay.

  2. We send a quote

    A route, places to stay and a written price that says what is included. Change anything you like.

  3. A 30% deposit confirms it

    When you are happy, pay the deposit by M-Pesa, bank transfer, WorldRemit or Zelle. We then book everything and confirm in writing.

  4. The balance is paid 45 days before arrival

    You travel knowing who meets you, with our WhatsApp line open day and night.

If you need to cancel

61 days or more before arrival
We keep the 30% deposit and refund any balance paid, or you change your dates for free
31 to 60 days before arrival
50% of the total booking is charged
15 to 30 days before arrival
75% of the total booking is charged
14 days or less, or no-show
The full booking is charged, with no refund
